Entries must be complete and legible or they will be disqualified. The category may not
be changed after the entry is received.
Parade entry numbers may be picked up on Sunday from 10:30 AM until Parade time, at
the parade table, 6th and Allen Streets.
A panel of independent judges will choose 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each
category. Trophies awarded in adults' categories and certificates awarded in children’s
category. Award ceremony held Sunday 5:30 PM at the Dragoon Saloon, at 5th &
Toughnut Streets.
